Schreiner’s Iris Gardens

Chris and I finally made out to Schreiner’s Iris Garden near Brooks, Oregon yesterday.  Here are a few photos of the 10 acre garden.  I hope you enjoy what I have picked out.

Irises in buckets of individual stems for sale. They sold 12 stems for $7.50. So we picked out 12 stems and brought them home.

  1. Gorgeous shots. I know it’s nice and cool up there, but how do the get them to stay in bloom so long. It’s so warm down here that if I I blink and eye I will miss seeing my Iris in bloom.

  2. Cee I love the way you have used the perspective in that first photo. What a great time you must have had at this beautiful spot.

  3. I think I could spend a lifetime there 🙂 The best part of gardening was always those joyful trips to nurseries and coming home with a car full of green and growing things!
