My entry this week

I had a bizarre day yesterday.  I stumbled on some rocks and hurt my right foot, so I’m a little gimpy right now.  I found out that Aperture my photo processing software is going away.  So I spent most of yesterday trying to figure out what I am going to do and how am I going to Aperture.  I found two alternatives.  Lightroom by Adobe and Corel Aftershotpro.  So this week I’ll be looking into both of these programs.

Anyhow so my photos this week I actually got out of my archives, I hope you ENJY them.

  1. Thanks for featuring my post. Love all the pics above. the cat is kinda scary looking 🙂 Love the way you have clicked the screw and the beach ball.

  2. Just as a note: I liked AftershotPro better than Lightroom. For one thing, I could figure out how to use Aftershot without a long learning curve, yet weeks after I tried using lightroom I was still lost. Adobe products are not particularly friendly and you have to subscribe … which I don’t like. I own Photoshop CS 6, but I don’t have the resources to add yet another continuing expense to my pathetic budget … so much as I would miss it, I suspect it will be back to Corel when CS6 gets obsolete.

    1. I don’t like how Adobe is now month by month….I have a 30 day with AftershotPro. So once I get my new computer I will play around with that as well. thanks for your input. 🙂

  3. Sorry about your foot, Cee. I’m also hobbling a bit today. 😦 Love your cat shot. Definitely ‘odd ball’, and of course that lonely beach ball had to be included. The screw is such a fun shot. 🙂

I adore comments! Thanks for stopping by to visit.
