Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Buildings

I had a marvelous response from all of you on last week’s theme of Contrasting Colors.  Thanks everyone you always amaze and delight me.  I’m proud to announce our featured bloggers this week. Their posts really grabbed my attention. Please check out their posts and congratulate them. Maybe you will be chosen next week.

Lavender Moon Girl’s Blog – Such a wonderful red and green macro…the raindrops makes this photo complete.

Rouladen – Contrasts in nature from a clematis close up (purple and yellow) to a boulder landscape (green and red).

Irina’s Poetry Corner – More gems from nature.  Irina used all the three contrasting colors for her beautiful photos.

A Mom’s Blog – A must see entry!! She used green and red for her contrasting colors.  Got to admit the red really stands out and completes her photo.

Evelyn Pabalan Photography –  Evelyn also used red and green contrast.  Her two photos are fantastic and oh so different from each other.

Lin’s Doodles – She also used all the color combinations for her entry.   She also turned to Mother Nature for her inspiration.

JustWannaMakeThings – A lot of creativity and one smiling child.  She also used red and green contrasts.

Tea & Paper – One word to fit her photo – delicious!

This week’s Topics:   Buildings

This week’s challenge is all about buildings.  You can show a mansion or an outhouse, a small restaurant to a sky scraper, as long as it has walls and a roof.  Most of the building must be shown.  Please no close ups of just a part of a wall, door or window.  I’m looking forward to seeing the various buildings you all come up with from around the world.

The Next Series – More Fun With Colors

How It Works?

Most weeks I will come up with a topic. Feel free to write me with things you want to learn about.
Go through you photo archives and see what photos you have that fits the current week’s challenge, or better yet grab you camera and take a new photo!

ENJOY and have FUN.

  1. This is incredible! I love the varying colors … I will have to show this to the hubs. He loves to photograph old barns.

  2. Cee, I know it’s been a while since I’ve submitted anything to one of your challenges but you and Chris are never far from my mind. Your third shot is either a beach house or a house in the San Francisco Bay area. Please don’t tell me if I’m wrong. here’s mine. Hope this shortlink works:

    • I won’t tell you that you are wrong. 🙂 I know I don’t always comment on your photography, but I do look at it and thoroughly enjoy it. Thanks 🙂
