Blrgh…I’ve been over a lot of bridges in Oregon but I don’t remember that one. I would have remembered that one. Just looking at the photo makes me woozy!

It crosses the Columbia River from Oregon to Washington. It is near where the river nears the ocean. That bridge is 4.1 miles long and has quite a drop to it since all boats needs to be able to fit under it.

The picture with the bridge is really fantastic. I like how it is interwoven with the road and the background.

Wow!!! The bridge shot was astounding!!!! Others nice as well, but the bridge shot is almost surreal–or like a beautiful illustration.

I’m thinking that the descent / ascent on that bridge would be very interesting in icy conditions

It isn’t that often it gets icy. Although I bet they would close it and sand it down before its used.

Cee, your eye is so wonderfully creative! Great photos- the one of the bridge is unbelievable!! I think my heart would stop rising across it and coming to this huge hill. But it’s an amazing sight.
