Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Vehicle Details

111014vehicle parts_4I had a marvelous response from all of you on last week’s theme of Bark and Leaves.  Thanks everyone you always amaze and delight me.

I’m proud to announce our featured bloggers this week. Their posts really grabbed my attention. Please check out their posts and congratulate them. Maybe you will be chosen next week.

Albatz Travel Adventures – I just love the look of leaves.  For me they are very unusual.

Mad Meandering Me – Marvelous photographs of bark.  I can almost feel the texture.

Mazeepuran – This bark is peeling.  I wonder if I could print a photo on it.  I’ve actually printed on birch bark.  It actually worked well too.

Photo Roberts Blog – These two photos are so dramatic in black and white.  How many see a monster’s face in the tree trunk.

Found Round & About – I like her first photo of the green leaf with water.  Actually her gallery is very beautiful.

MyGuiltyPleasures – Has a wide range of photos of both bark and leaves.  I like the art tree the best, although they are all wonderful.

Michelle Lunato Photography – Such a wide range of bark and leaves.  I really appreciate the macro leaf photography.

Irina’s Poetry Corner – More bark I swear I could just pull of the tree truck.  Marvelous photography.

This week’s Topics:   Vehicle Details

This week’s challenge is all about the Vehicle Details.  This is your chance to show off those wheels, steering wheels, tail lights, headlights, motometers, hood ornaments, hoods, windows, engines, paint, etc.  I want to see parts of cars and trucks.  Have fun with this theme.  I’m looking forward to seeing what you all come up with.

How It Works?

Most weeks I will come up with a topic. Feel free to write me with things you want to learn about.
Go through you photo archives and see what photos you have that fits the current week’s challenge, or better yet grab you camera and take a new photo!

ENJOY and have FUN.

  1. I shouldn’t read your posts before I meet the challenge … but I’m already here, after all. I too love old cars. Antiques and merely old. I love all of yours! Totally cool.

  2. Thanks for the honor to be featured – I this I think is one of your best entries – my will not even be close …. and no close up as yours. Will publish tomorrow. Thanks for keeping this challenge alive. *smile
The Ford .. my pick this week.

  3. Thanks for the featured blogger pick. What an honor! Those are some amazing cars in your photographs. Wow! Great shots of them too. You are raising the bar each and every week. Thanks for doing these challenges. They are keeping me motivated and bringing a smile to my face:)

  4. I really love these. The lighting captures just how shiny these are. It’s so interesting to see- I ended up using mini cars, which of course are plastic, and the close ups make the cars look a lot more dreary in comparison to real ones 😛 Thank you for hosting. I had a lot of fun! Mine will post tomorrow 🙂

  5. Beautiful vintage vehicle details in your images, Cee. I’ve gone for a bit of a different take on focusing on ‘details’, hope this is OK 🙂

  6. I love that second photo Cee, it looks kind of futuristic and old fashioned at the same time, what sort of car is it? And the tap on the front of the old Ford is amazing – beautiful colours. 🙂
