Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Doors, Door Knobs and Handles

I had a marvelous response from all of you on last week’s theme of Vehicle Details.  Thanks everyone you always amaze and delight me.

I’m proud to announce our featured bloggers this week. Their posts really grabbed my attention. Please check out their posts and congratulate them. Maybe you will be chosen next week.

Living with my Ancestors – Such a stunning gallery of close up shots.  I particularly like the Indian Head Hood ornament and the Mopar trunk.

Getting the Picture – Stunning gallery.  I especially like the stage coach, early form of a vehicle.

Drawing with Light – Wonderful old vintage cars and great detail photos.  For some reason I am drawn to the seat belts.

Jennifer Nichole Wells – Her vehicle details are of mini plastic cars.  Now these photos are officially macro and I adore her out of the box thinking and talent.

Nuno Pratas Fotografia – Such a marvelous monochrome and I simply adore all the lines and texture.

Ileana Partenie – Marvelous close up of a vintage steering wheel.  I adore this photo.

Rouladen – This gallery is simply sublime.  I adore the Ford V8 hood ornament photo.

Rebus Photography  – Such a great series of black and white vintage details and modern details.  Marvelous post.

How It Works?

Most weeks I will come up with a topic. Feel free to write me with things you want to learn about.
Go through you photo archives and see what photos you have that fits the current week’s challenge, or better yet grab you camera and take a new photo!

ENJOY and have FUN.

  1. Oh, not the dreaded snow, Cee! It makes a great shot though 🙂 Love all of them. One of these days I’ll stop chasing my tail and catch up with your challenges again. This is a good invitation.

  2. Love your selection and the one with the snow is particularly evocative. I’m not sure what I have that will meet the criteria of this challenge, but I’m impressed with your selections!

  3. Much appreciated Cee for the recognition, especially since I thought I had misread the topic slightly!! 🙂 There were many wonderful submissions so I’m humbled!!
