I had a marvelous response from all of you on last week’s theme of Doors, Door Knobs and Handles. Thanks everyone you always amaze and delight me.
I’m proud to announce our featured bloggers this week. Their posts really grabbed my attention. Please check out their posts and congratulate them. Maybe you will be chosen next week.
Featured Bloggers
Wouldn’t it be interesting to hear the stories all these doors, knobs and handles have to say.
My Guilty Pleasures – Great gallery of doors, door knobs and door parts. I especially like her point of view on the last photo.
NYCGraphix – I simply adore the pattern on this door.
There was a time – She has some really cool post processing on her doors and handles. A must see.
This and That – Now this door, lock and handle certainly get used. I adore the umbrellas hanging on the door handle.
Leya – She has found what appear to be some really old doors and has great photos them.
Tim Wolverson – Photography – Great variety of photos, but I like the last door with the British telephone box.
The World Is A Book – Amy has very different doors and feeling to her marvelous photos. The patterns on the first floor are cool.
The Selim Family Raasta – A gallery of doors that have shows history their history. Although I’m drawn to the bright yellow and blue photo, a more modern take on a door.

My Entry for the Week
This is a photo I picked out to show something I enjoy – being a photographer.
These photos I chose because they show joints of some sort.

Seagulls feet and knee joints.

Garden of the Gods Bridge joints (Cascade Locks, Oregon).

Hand and finger joints.
Qi (energy) hugs,
Cee

Interesting. I love the structural — bridge? Looks like a bridge. And the bird’s knees.
Thing is, when I hear “joint,” other things spring to mind.
