WP Weekly Photo Challenge: Yellow

Here is my entry for this week’s Word Press’s Weekly Photo Challenge with the topic Yellow.  I decided to go with various yellow flowers, it is bright and cheerful.  I hope you enjoy.  Have a great week everyone!

    • With flowers … they are mostly as I take them. I will add a little vibrancy and sharpen them. Some flowers I actually have to take the vibrancy down (especially with reds and pinks). I will from time to time adjust the white balance, especially if the flower is white….so it actually appears white and not yellow or blue. I’m just a snap and shoot type of photographer. I really don’t spend a lot of time setting up a photo. I do however take three to six shots per flower from different angles. I so adore the digital age where memory is cheap. I am lucky I have a real steady hand, plus early on in my photography career I was taught the proper way to hold a camera. So I don’t use a trip or monopod.

Award Free Blog

I appreciate you thinking of me for an award. I have had a lot of fun with awards in the past. I think awards are a fantastic tool to help out people who are just starting their blogging adventure. I've been here awhile now.

My best award is that you somehow still come to visit me when ever you get a chance. It's a thrill and joy to share my photography and life with all of you. Thanks.
