Here is my day four post for the 5 Day Black and White Photograph Challenge. I want to thank Light Words for tagging me to join in on the fun. There are only two rules.
- For 5 days create a post any past or present photo in black and white.
- Each day you invite a new photographer to join the fun.
NOTE: If any one of you would like to participate in this 5 Day Black and White Challenge, please feel free to contact me anonymously at this link.

Day Four
This is a selective color waterlily I posted quite awhile ago on this blog. I remember you all had some nice things to say about it, so I thought I would add it in the 5 day challenge. I hope you still enjoy this flower.
I would like to tag A little bit of this … and a lot of that for this fun challenge.

Day Three
I would like to tag Photographic Jewells for this fun challenge. I like how she sees the world. You should check out this blog if you don’t know her already.

OK, not purely black and white, but nothing like stretching the boundaries!!

I think the touch of color is lovely. I’m just learning out to do this in Lightroom. I hope to post one with a touch of color soon. Thank you for sharing this one 🙂

It is. Although, I’m finding that the composition of the photo is the most important thing – regardless of what editing tool you use 🙂

Oh yeah, composition is everything. If you don’t have a good photo to start with, your camera or post processing won’t make any difference.

I just made a picture with similar theme: black and white with a slight touch of color. Take a look if you have a chance. Here is the link:

I have several types in my yard, plus I live in where there are tree, bush and flower nurseries. I’m out in the country and living on the 45th parallel gives us plenty of wonderful weather without being to cold. 🙂
