Yes, Cee …. it makes so much easier. Not a violin person really, must be more than 3 … but your shot is excellent.

I guess the slinky could be a form of music? Yes, I could have taken a picture of my guitar or the electric organ but this little toy seemed like a cool shot. Might try this one again though.

I especially like the tuba (or is it a baritone?) Beautiful texture and lines and there’s something lyrical about the way it’s cropped. I went all out on this one. Thanks for the inspiration, Cee! https://sherijkennedyriverside.wordpress.com/2015/03/19/cees-black-white-photo-challenge-music-north-bend-jazz-walk/

The cello shot is great. Lots of stuff going on, whether or not it was intentional. I don’t remember who said he’d rather be lucky than talented … some baseball player. He has a point. It certainly goes for photography. Some of my best shots were just lucky grabs 🙂 Great fun challenge!!

The violins look great in b&w – and I like the shot of the guitarist, so intent on his music.

The guitarist actually played so quietly while practicing, that I was sitting in the table in front of him and couldn’t hear him.
