Share Your World – 2015 Week #15

refrigerator.jpg0ae078ba-cfad-4bff-adaa-15155ec75ee7LargeRegarding your fridge, is it organized or a mess inside?

Have you ever been a participant in a parade? What did you do?

How do you stand out from the crowd?

How many bones, if any, have you broken?

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I sincerely hope you enjoy my questions for this week and find the questions interesting enough to play along.   If you ever want me to ask anything specific, please feel free to contact me.  You don’t think a lot about these questions, unless of course it is FUN for you.  Simply dream and just let loose, or you let your alter ego answer if you want.   Have a fabulous week everyone!!

Even though I oftentimes will add photos to my answers, it is not a requirement to participate in Share your World.

I will post four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a  Share Your World  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of my blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Share Your World” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow My Blog to get your weekly reminders.

I usually will respond to your entry on your blog, rather than on my page.

Here are my answers.

Regarding your fridge, is it organized or a mess inside?  Aside from the few mold experiments, which do get cleaned out periodically, it if fairly neat.  There is a place where we put things so they are easily found.  So I would say our fridge is somewhere in-between the two.

Have you ever been a participant in a parade? What did you do?  I have not been a participant in a parade.  Although I’ve been to several parades because my sister was in the bad.

How do you stand out from the crowd?  Me stand out in a crowd.  I usually try not to stand out.  It’s an introvert thing.  That is why I like being behind a camera when I’m in the crowd.  People tend to stay away from the photographer.  If it is not a photo opportunity, I stay near the back and by myself usually.  Now if I am there to teach qigong I don’t mind standing out in the crowd.  I’d like to say I wouldn’t mind standing out in a crowd of people who want to learn about photography either, but I have not had that chance to know how I would react.

How many bones, if any, have you broken?  In my mid twenties I slipped and fell on ice in a parking lot in Denver, Colorado and broke two bones in my left foot.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

Well I never did make it back down to the tulip fields last week.  As most of you know how heat pump died and we’ve been without heat.  It’s been fairly warm overall but we have not had a day warmer than 60 and the nights in the upper 30 and lower 40s.  So I have been trying to stay warm.  We’ve been keeping our wood stove burning, but the wood affected my breathing, so we went back to small heaters in each room.  I’m exhausted and just need some rest and to stay calm.    We get our heat pump on Wednesday and life should return to normal.  Hopefully I will make it down to the tulip field this week.

Qi (energy) hugs,

Cee

  1. Sorry to hear the wood stove had a negative effect on your breathing. So much for a cozy week in front of the fire! I hope all goes well with the new furnace so things can get back to normal for you.

      1. No, little room heaters don’t quite cut it. I hope all goes smoothly with the installation. It’s been just chilly enough for central heating to be necessary for comfort.

  2. My refrigerator is generally tidy if a purchase to reach the supermarket, for a time, can be a bit choppy.
I have never participated in a parade.
No attempt will never stand out in a crowd, I prefer to go unnoticed,
I had never broken a bone until last year on our trip to Peru, I fell and although at first I was not too sore, upon returning home I saw a broken bone in the hand.
Last week I enjoyed an afternoon of my grandchildren have gone to the theater, I chatted with friends and my children; For all these reasons I am very grateful and I hope this week is just as good and fun.
    Hugs.

    1. If it isn’t raining, tomorrow I’m planning on at least a quick trip to the tulips while the guys are replacing our heaters. I would love to get some close ups of the tulips. All I really got were the fields and some candid’s the first time I went. Thanks 🙂

  3. Missing this week since all I would write is organised, no, sit up straight and catch the eye of the right person, and a green stick fracture when I was 10. But I am grateful to having the opportunity to live on the other side of the world, in a peaceful country. And of course look forward to the weekend!

        1. We finally got our heat installed yesterday. Our house was like 60 degrees by the time it was installed. We’ve been having temps in the 30s (lows) to mid 50’s (highs). So trying to keep our house warm was a job and a half….especially with not using the fire everyday. This weekend we are suppose to be near 80…go figure. 🙂 Hope your’s stays running until it is fixed.

          1. Thanks. It sounds like we have had an easier time of it than you. Our guy was able to rig ours to work until the new liner (whatever that is) comes in. It’s not heating the house evenly but at least it is heating.

    1. I didn’t make it last week and I surely won’t make it back this year now. Oh well… Yesterday, I had the worst headache and ended up sleeping most of the day. I was just that exhausted. So this week I will have to really rest to up to my energy back. Thanks for caring Cindy.
