House on the drive into the dahlia farm.
This week’s topic is Signs: traffic, directional, signs along the roads or on buildings. Signs are usually information or helps us with our driving. They are everywhere. Your sign can be a huge billboard, or even stop sign; it can be fancy or hand made; or even ordinary street and directional signs; and don’t forget the signs or banners that advertise. I want to see them all. Have fun and use your imagination and creativity with this topic.
For a list of upcoming topics, please see the list at below. Be creative and challenge yourself. Look for contrast or highly textured subjects to shoot.

I like the Stop sign image this week. The street signs on top add another dimension to it.

Love the construction vehicle sign. What are you supposed to do, pull over until the truck is out of sight?

I love the sign on the truck. I’ve seen these around here too. What, they think they get to have the lane to themselves? Inevitable, there’s no choice. Wonderful pictures.

I recognize that mud pots & steam vents sign (or at least I’ve seen similar at Yellowstone). They’re certainly very effective, at least for me 🙂 Really enjoyed this topic! http://wp.me/p2LPv4-12r

I love it! I can see miles of empty road behind this truck as cars pull off just to follow its directions!!!

You have a lot of signs. When I searched my archives I couldn’t find many at all. I think it is because we are a small city

Do not follow? Really?? Well, what are you supposed to do? And if we aren’t supposed to follow, then why put the sign on the BACK of the truck?? If no one followed, no one would see it, right?? Duh. 🙂 Love this week’s pictures! I have a few to share in return, with a twist on interpretation…..

I love the ‘do not follow’ sign on the back of the truck – I’d probably be more tempted to follow given a challenge like that!

My husband and I like the truck! Those signs always baffle me. I think it would be better if it said: do not ride my bumper. It’s impossible not to follow if you don’t have the option of another lane! 🙂 This is my entry in your fun challenge: https://compilationsofaseekingheart.wordpress.com/2015/05/05/summer-travelin-in-black-and-white/
