Gorgeous hydrangeas. Miss the ones that were growing in front of where we use to live a few years back. They were so plentiful the local church group would ask if they could pick some — We always said yes.

My favorite!!! Your invitation to post our own flowers almost made me forget that I need to make dinner! I have a hydrangea that almost died and is coming back to life- it was the same color as yours:)

I hope you had your dinner in time. I’m glad you were able to nurse your hydrangea back to life! 😀

I love hydrangea, the blue seems like a bit of sky has landed on the plant. I usually leave flowers for the professionals with better cameras. but last night I saw a remarkable flower and want to share: http://xingfumama.wordpress.com/2015/06/14/night-blooming-cereus/.

So pretty. It’s upright posture & position relative to the leaves reminds me of a queen. 🙂

I need to share some of my ue pictures. I think the color must be much better than when we were taken pictures. They often did not have the blue of the plant.

Our blue hydrangeas aren’t in bloom yet, but the oak-leaved are huge! Beautiful colors. Thanks.

Beautiful! I keep a vase of these on my entryway table year-round. I prefer blue. When the blue ones are not available, I choose white. My grandmother had large blue plants along one side of her house that bloomed spring through late fall. That’s for this post, Cee! 🙂
