One Four Challenge – July Week 1

I’m playing along with Robyn in her One Four Challenge for July. Here is my Week 1 entry.

I decided to play with this sign and bicycle. I took this photo at Canby Community Park. I just thought it had an air of irony to it. This is my original photo to the right.

Week 1 Edit

For this first edit I did all my editing in Adobe Bridge. Nothing overly fancy except turning it to sepia tones as well as some basic sharpening. Hopefully over the month I will show you some other things you might like with this photo. ENJOY.

The sepia gives this image an almost whimsical feel – lovely! 🙂

I like your treatment of the photo, which begs the question of whether a bicycle can be ticketed for illegal parking, doesn’t it?

The sepia gives the image a vintage look. And it does really make the sign stand out more. I can’t wait to see what you do with the upcoming edits!
