This week’s Gold Star Award is granted to Marilyn who’s blog is Serendipity. We have been blogging friends for a few years and I always enjoy her photography. Her Rule of Thirds this week are fantastic. Marilyn is a writer, photographer. I don’t have a primary focus nor do I want one. I have a lot of interests and write about whatever catches my attention or is most on my mind. Or in the news. I’m a bit of a geek and I love my high-tech toys.

Do you know what kind of cockatoo that is? Never seen one with blue eyes. I owned a sulfur-crested for years, but this is a new one for me and he is beautiful! Love the holiday wrapping. I used to wrap fancy. These days, I can hardly be bothered to wrap at all. Sigh. I’m definitely falling down on my holiday obligations! I want the car, by the way. Even if it doesn’t actually move, I’d just like to sit in it and breathe its air 🙂

Actually tomorrow night December 13, 2015 is the last/8th night of Chanukah (which means the holiday actually ends at sunset on Monday, December 14, 2015).

I don’t really celebrate any holiday. I just wanted to do a festive post for those who do celebrate Chanukah.
