It’s almost impossible to pick my favorite flower, but the lotus is certainly right up there–no doubt nudged higher each time you photograph them. Another stunner, Cee. I think I missed posting a flower of the day for the first time yesterday. I actually spent most of the day working on a post I will never publish, for reasons of my own. Then made the mistake of having two margaritas instead of one at dinner with friends and fell asleep almost the minute I got home. Just can’t take that tequila. It’s like a sedative for me!!! So, I broke the chain. Guess it had to happen eventually…

I have to admit that the Lotus flower is one of my favorites to photograph. I just don’t get that many opportunities.
