Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Things That are Rough

022316roughThis week’s topic is Things that are Rough.  Anything that feels rough to use.  Anything sand paper, to gravel, to tree trucks, elephants trunk or cactus to be overly dramatic.  Think of thanks that have bumps on them or possibly lots of screws such as in airplanes.  An rusty crusty piece of metal.  Use your imagination and creativity for this challenge.  The thing is to have a lot of fun.  Be as creative if you want.   Feel free to dig around in your archives for photos if you don’t have anything new you can photograph.

  1. Hi, Cee. Thank you so much for featuring my photo this week. You made my day when I received your message. This week we had over here a very rainy a snowy week and it was difficult to go out to take pictures. Finally there was an opportunity and I made a quick outing around my home to take pictures of some ancient stones. I hope it’ll work. http://lifeisgreat0.com/2016/02/28/cees-fun-foto-challenge-things-that-are-rough-medieval-stones/

  2. Cee, thank you for featuring me on Things that are Smooth. I would like to mention that Awa on the Road is my sister 🙂 She lives in Poland, I live in the US. Featuring us both on the same challenge is the best surprise you could have given us. Thank you Cee 🙂 🙂

  3. As I was looking at your photos the thought that passed through my mind is that they would be perfect examples to show my students what rough texture looks like.

    • I adored that statue. In real life, it was a huge dark red urn in the background and the Buddha is in gray cement color. That looked real cool too.
