Share Your World – 2016 Week 11

6a00e551eea4f588340167692ae65b970b-800wiWith your answers, please remember we are in the SYW world and which may not always match our reality.

How many siblings do you have? What’s your birth order?

In a car would you rather drive or be a passenger?

When you lose electricity in a storm, do you light the candles or turn on the flashlight? How many of each do you own?

List at least five of your favorite types of animals?  (any animal to domestic to wild to marine life)

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

Most photos for my SYW post were found on google searches … unless I say they are my photography.

I sincerely hope you enjoy my questions for this week and find the questions interesting enough to play along.   If you ever want me to ask anything specific, please feel free to contact me.  You don’t think a lot about these questions, unless of course it is FUN for you.  Simply dream and just let loose, or you let your alter ego answer if you want.   Have a fabulous week everyone!!

Even though I oftentimes will add photos to my answers, it is not a requirement to participate in Share your World.

Here is the basic format.  I will ask you:

  • To answer three random questions each week.
  • Respond to a fourth item (I will randomly chose from this list)
    • Making a List out of a topic
    • Completing the sentence I start
    • Answering a Would you Rather question
  • Bonus Question is always the same  “What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?”  Because we all need to be reminded that there are many things in our lives to be grateful about.

I will post four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a SYW  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of my blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Share Your World” or “SYW” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow My Blog to get your weekly reminders.

I usually will respond to your entry on your blog, rather than on my page.

HERE ARE MY ANSWERS

How many siblings do you have? What’s your birth order? I have one sister and she is a 18 months older than me.

In a car would you rather drive or be a passenger?  If a short drive and in the city, most definitely a passenger.  If it is open country and a longer drive, I am good for the long haul.  My mom’s side of the family were all long haul truck drivers and my paternal grandfather was a railroad engineer n the early to mid 190os.  He worked for the railroad for 60+ years.

When you lose electricity in a storm, do you light the candles or turn on the flashlight? How many of each do you own?  We use flash lights.   Although we rarely have electric outages that last long.  Our battery powered phones and computer and iPads and iPods all work as light sources too.

List at least five of your favorite types of animals?  (any animal to domestic to wild to marine life)  In terms of domestic animals dogs then cats.  I’ve like horses, but haven’t been around them that much.  I’m not a rider but I sure enjoy being around them and talking with them.  Other animals:  alpacas, goats, sheep, seals, starfish, polar bears, tigers, white owl, eagles.  I could go on and on.  There was once I was able to spend time with a reindeer.  That was fun.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?  I have a doctors appoint in a couple of hours and just want to get it over it.  I just need to get my diabetic meds prescription renewed for a year.  That always means blood tests and I a hard stick so not my favorite thing in the world.  Other than that I am free as a bird this week.  The rain continues, harder and colder than normal.  So I doubt if I will be out and about much this week.  I do at least want to make it t a nursery this week so I can see some flowers and take photos.  It is too cold for the bulbs to show their pretty faces.  Bushes and trees are blooming but with the wind, nothing is pretty enough for photography.  Don’t worry everyone, I will cheer up once I get back from the doctor.

Qi (energy) hugs,

Cee

  3. I don’t enjoy those hard sticks, either. I hope your appointment goes well.
It is fun, getting the garden ready. I always like this time of year 🙂

  4. What an exciting adventure, going to the dr’s for a visit. I hate going lately as they always seem to find something new they want to investigate further. Lynn is sure it’s a conspiracy, a way for the doctors and labs to make more money off of us. Anyway, glad to read this post. Hope I can get one together later.

  5. I’ve been busily dodging my medical stuff, but I’m running out of time. I hate this time of year exactly because all of my annual physicals come due at the same time. It’s no fun at ALL.
