Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge: Kitchen and Dining Room Items

Tea pots and cups in my cupboard.

This week’s Cee’s Black and White Photo Challenge (CB&W) topic is Kitchen and Dining Room Items.  This should be a fairly easy challenge.  You can show tables, chair, dishes, appliances, food, silverware or utensils, sinks, stoves, etc.  Use your imagination and have some fun along the way.  Sepia tones and selective color are always allowed in this challenge.  I just want you to have some fun with your photography.

For a list of upcoming topics, please see the list at below.  Be creative and challenge yourself.  For a great black and white photo look for contrast or highly textured subjects to photograph.

I just went to my kitchen this morning and photographed some areas that interested me.

Chris’s eggs being poached for breakfast
Freddie checking out soup ingredients on our dining room table.
Part of our pantry.
Well used Belgium waffle iron.

Qi (energy) hugs

  1. Oh, Freddie is a gem! Great shots and lots of utensils. The gadget for Chris’s eggs – I have never seen anything like it here in Sweden.

  2. It looks like you have plenty of help in the kitchen! My furry friends are equally helpful, ready to catch anything which might happen to drop from the stove or counter. They rarely miss 🙂

    1. We have a huge kitchen pantry, which allows to keep it organized. Most everything goes into the pantry and our kitchen drawers. We don’t have much in the cabinets, especially the low ones. 😀
