With your answers, please remember we are in the SYW world and which may not always match our reality.

Wanting something to quench your thirst, what would you drink?

What made you feel good this past week?

When you’re alone at home, do you wear shoes, socks, slippers, or go barefoot?

Would you rather live where it is always hot or always cold?

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

Most photos for my SYW post were found on google searches … unless I say they are my photography.

I sincerely hope you enjoy my questions for this week and find the questions interesting enough to play along.   If you ever want me to ask anything specific, please feel free to contact me.  You don’t think a lot about these questions, unless of course it is FUN for you.  Simply dream and just let loose, or you let your alter ego answer if you want.   Have a fabulous week everyone!!

Even though I oftentimes will add photos to my answers, it is not a requirement to participate in Share your World.

Here is the basic format.  I will ask you:

  • To answer three random questions each week.
  • Respond to a fourth item (I will randomly chose from this list)
    • Making a List out of a topic
    • Completing the sentence I start
    • Answering a Would you Rather question
  • Bonus Question is always the same  “What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?”  Because we all need to be reminded that there are many things in our lives to be grateful about.

I will post four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a SYW  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of my blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Share Your World” or “SYW” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow My Blog to get your weekly reminders.

I usually will respond to your entry on your blog, rather than on my page.

HERE ARE MY ANSWERS

Wanting something to quench your thirst, what would you drink?  This answer is simple water without ice.  If I am really thirsty I will have it room temperature, but usually I heat my water first.

What made you feel good this past week?  Last week was a tough week for me, so this is a good question.  There were actually a couple real nice things about last week.  One day I walked slightly 2,800 steps which is high for me.  I’m usually closer to 2,000 steps a day.  So that was a good day for me.  In fact last week, I had a lot of steps for me.  Maybe I’m getting to a new level.

The other really great thing is that Subhash from Wisdom|Sharing|Learning blog contacted me and wanted my opinion on something.  That started up a wonderful conversation and now I feel like I have a new friend.  He has a kind soul and take fabulous floral photos.  You should check his blog out.

When you’re alone at home, do you wear shoes, socks, slippers, or go barefoot?

95% of the time I wear my shoes.  I will wear socks and slippers at times.

Would you rather live where it is always hot or always cold?

If I really had to chose.  I would chose cold.  It is much easier to layer my clothes and stay warm.  If I get overheated I tend to cough a lot due to old throat damage.  No I have never smoked.  I cough when I get to cold too, but adding on a layer of clothes takes care of that.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?  You heard in my answer to the 2nd question my week’s highlights.  I did take time out to have a couple small photo shoots in my house and outside in my back yard.  We did see blue sky for a couple of days.  However, we are back to rain, but it was nice we had a break.  I don’t really have any specific plans.  I do want to cut a couple daffodils and tulips for my office and maybe play with my macro lens a little bit.

Qi (energy) hugs,

Cee

  1. I’m sorry to hear you had a tough week. I hope this week is kinder to you. I also hope your increase in steps means you are getting to a new level of energy and wellness. That would be wonderful!

  2. I put some daffodils in a vase yesterday — nothing like a bit of yellow to cheer a space 🙂 My tulips aren’t open yet.
I hope you have a good week, Cee!

    1. Both our tulips and daffs are starting. It’s been cold and rainy so they aren’t looking so great outdoors. I’m hoping they will cheer up inside where it is warmer. 😀

  3. If I really had no choice, I’d go with ‘cold’ too, but I’d like medium. I’ve had enough extreme weather for a lifetime. Not that the weather is done with me, oh no … this is New England where the weather rules 🙂

  4. You’re right, it’s much easier to add layers of clothing to warm up if you’re cold than to find ways to cool down when it’s too hot – thank goodness for air conditioning though 😉
    Good questions this week Cee.

  5. As always, I loved your answers. Water, no ice, is what we drink, too, but I usually go shoeless around the house- can’t wait to take them off when I get home at night. And since we live where it is always (usually) hot, I would prefer to live where it is always cold. Lynn would prefer always hot. So, I guess we’re stuck here for awhile longer! 🙂
