Hydrangea
This current series consists of combinations of colors and happy pets and flowers. It is time to just have some fun.
This week’s topic is a single flower or bud. The concept for this challenge is to show off a single flower in all it’s glory. It can be cropped a tiny bit but no macros of only part of a flower. If you want to add hydrangeas or Rhododendrons one complete flower cluster still counts as a single flower. The thing is to have a lot of fun with this challenge. Feel free to dig around in your archives for photos if you don’t have anything new you can photograph.

The is what I love about us photographers. We all see different and like different parts of things. I love it when a group of photographers photograph the same thing. You would never know they were together. We all have our views. 😀

I almost posted a hydrangea but had a bit of computer issues today. I relinquished and chose an exotic orchid instead. I hope you like it.

The hardest part was finding just a single flower. Bud was easy. I usually take more macros and groupings. Not just a full single flower 😀 😀 Thanks Marilyn for commenting 😀

A beautiful selection of pictures – I especially like the poppy. You’ve made me realise I don’t take many pictures of individual blooms. I used to, but started to focus more on clusters. I think it’s perhaps time to redress the balance. Thanks as always, Cee!

A photo of anything you want as long as you think it is not easily identifiable. You can have people give their best guess as to what it is. Hopefully this will be a little more interactive for you guys. It’s worth a try.
