This is my entry for Becca’s (from On Dragonfly Wings with Buttercup Tea blog) Sunday Trees – 243 challenge.

Douglas Fir trees are commonly found to surround our roads. Stormy day Highway 101 along the Oregon Coast near Depoe Bay.

Wonderful rain capture! I’m always trying to get it to look like that but I never do! Great work!

Come to Oregon in the winter during a storm. You’ll get plenty of opportunity. 😀

The power lines hang dangerously low. Over here they’re so high up you hardly notice them.

These are fairly standard height for around here.

What a great photo, Cee. Did you do something special for the headlights to look so sparkly? I really like it.

I didn’t do anything special on them. The rain was coming down so hard the lights were just clean.

I really like this one, Cee — the height of the trees, the texture of the rain, and the lighting of the headlights! Nice capture! 🙂
