These photos remind me why I just can’t live in a city. I have horses across the street from our development, even though it is just at the edge of town.

Is there really such a big market for reddishes?

Restaurants and grocery stores always carry them when it is reddish season. I like red radishes.

I only buy them occasionally. Red reddishes are an image for death (or rather *dead and buried*) in my language. We render “pushing up the daisies” as *watching the red reddishes from below*. 🙂
