Most of you know I adore dark chocolate. My sister also likes dark chocolate so I introduced her to some gourmet chocolate that I buy from time to time.

I eat a small square of 90% chocolate with my coffee sometimes. It’s quite bitter, but I love it

I eat low-carb. Trader Joe’s has a low-carb dark chocolate with almonds that satisfies my occasional craving for chocolate. Not sweet enough to derail me from the low-carb lifestyle, but enough flavor to give me my fix.
