Share Your World – 2016 Week 38

screenshot_356With your answers, please remember we are in the SYW world which may not always match our reality.

Are you a hugger or a non-hugger?

What is your least favorite Candy?

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word “fun”?

List of Favorite Smells: What smells do you love? Whether it’s vanilla scented candles or the smell of coffee in the morning or the smell of a fresh spring rain…make a list of all the things you love for a little aromatherapy.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I sincerely hope you enjoy my questions for this week and find the questions interesting enough to play along.   If you ever want me to ask anything specific, please feel free to contact me.  You don’t think a lot about these questions, unless of course it is FUN for you.  Simply dream and just let loose, or you let your alter ego answer if you want.   Have a fabulous week everyone!!

Even though I oftentimes will add photos to my answers, it is not a requirement to participate in Share your World.

Here is the basic format.  I will ask you:

  • To answer three random questions each week.
  • Respond to a fourth item (I will randomly chose from this list)
    • Making a List out of a topic
    • Completing the sentence I start
    • Answering a Would you Rather question
  • Bonus Question is always the same  “What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?”  Because we all need to be reminded that there are many things in our lives to be grateful about.

If you adore challenges as much as I do, please check out WordPress’s Blog Event Listing for other challenges.

I will post four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a SYW  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of my blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Share Your World” or “SYW” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow My Blog to get your weekly reminders.

I usually will respond to your entry on your blog, rather than on my page.

HERE ARE MY ANSWERS

tumblr_nf3caz1j0u1sncuoko1_400Are you a hugger or a non-hugger?  Oh I am definitely a hugger.  Although I have had a few moments where my hugging definitely made someone feel awkward.  Although I tend to read people fairly well.

What is your least favorite Candy?  My least favorite candy anything that is sour or sweet milk chocolate.  I’ll eat the chocolate sometimes, but never the sour candy.  So I wouldn’t send me any Jolly Ranchers.

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word “fun”? Doing something creative, some kind of art or photography or go on a photo shoot.

List of Favorite Smells: What smells do you love? Whether it’s vanilla scented candles or the smell of coffee in the morning or the smell of a fresh spring rain…make a list of all the things you love for a little aromatherapy.

  • Cinnamon
  • Pine scent in the woods
  • Lemons
  • Homemade bread
  • Rain
  • Coffee and teas
  • Ocean
  • Fresh sawed wood
  • Cut grass

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up? Last week was still a week for some rest and relaxation from my trip.  It was good to see everyone wanted to still play in my challenges.  Just more of the same, but with an added touch of “fun” more art projects.

  2. Back in middle school I used to hug all my friends at least twice a day. As I grew older I felt less people were more accepting of my hugs so I stopped giving hugs as often. Now, I still am very fond of hugs, especially those of which that come from my nieces and nephews.

  3. I am a hugger too. I hate aniseed balls and fisherman’s friend, both of which might be British only. Fav smells, lavender, tar, cut grass, cigar smoke, bonfires, lily of the valley, cinnamon and other Christmas spices, roses, damp woods, bbq meat cooking, cauliflower cooking and wet duffle coat! I am grateful for my health today.

  4. I had to laugh about your least favorite candy. When I read this question, the very first thing–in fact, the only thing that came to my mind, was Jolly Ranchers. Hugs to you for that response because, yes, I am a hugger!

  5. I liked your Daria cartoon, Daria was one of David’s favourite shows, mine too. I forgot to add home made bread to my list, I love that smell too and the cinnamon and spice in Christmas cake is what makes it smell so good. I love the smell of the ocean as well. Smells are a big part of our memories I think. Some of my favourites like the smell of a steam engine are because of the association with happy times. Here are mine.

  6. I forgot about the freshly cut wood. They recently spread new sawdust on the playgrounds at the local schools I work in. It smells heavenly!

You can send me all of your chocolates (except the Whoppers). I’ll devour them. I’m with you on the sour stuff. I use that as my treat candy at school. It prevents me from raiding the treat bag.
