This week the color is Dark Reds – Red, Burgundy, Maroon. You can show off photos you have taken of any dark red colors. Have toms fun with this challenge this week. Use your imagination if you want for this theme. The thing is to have a lot of fun with this challenge.
Feel free to dig around in your archives for photos if you don’t have anything new you can photograph.

It’s a hard color to find. Hard to capture in flowers too. But there are a lot of things around that have dark reds in them. Not so much for flowers though.

Japanees Maples have wonderful leaves, nd you have capture it beautiful, but for some reason I really like tha last picture, there is something about the way those gloves hang and the pale green colour contrasting the red that is very appealing.

I missed the light green! 😦 I’ve added it late, though. And I like your garden gloves with the green watering can. It made me think of a glove I found lying on a road last year in winter and put it one spike of a gate so that it might be found easier. Hi Cee. I love Your photos they are beautiful. I like the gloves. I went today in a “safari” with my camera around, but when I saw your photos again, I realised I didn’t get the right colour.
