Share Your World – 2016 Week 48

health-benefits-of-nutsDo you prefer eating foods with nuts or no nuts?

If someone made a movie of your life would it be a drama, a comedy, a romantic-comedy, action film, or science fiction?

Who talks real sense to you?

Do you have a favorite board game?

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I sincerely hope you enjoy my questions for this week and find the questions interesting enough to play along.   If you ever want me to ask anything specific, please feel free to contact me.  You don’t think a lot about these questions, unless of course it is FUN for you.  Simply dream and just let loose, or you let your alter ego answer if you want.   Have a fabulous week everyone!!

Even though I oftentimes will add photos to my answers, it is not a requirement to participate in Share your World.

Here is the basic format.  I will ask you:

  • To answer fours questions each week.
  • Bonus Question is always the same “What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?”  Because we all need to be reminded that there are many things in our lives to be grateful about.

If you adore challenges as much as I do, please check out WordPress’s Blog Event Listing for other challenges.

I will post four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a SYW  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of my blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Share Your World” or “SYW” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow My Blog to get your weekly reminders.

I usually will respond to your entry on your blog, rather than on my page.

HERE ARE MY ANSWERS

Do you prefer eating foods with nuts or no nuts?  I definitely prefer food without nuts.  I will eat most seeds though.

If someone made a movie of your life would it be a drama, a comedy, a romantic-comedy, action film, or science fiction?  It would have to be a drama and comedy combined with maybe a little light romance.

article-0-11758100000005dc-914_634x420Who talks real sense to you?  Without a doubt Chris.  She can talk me down from any ledge I may find myself on.

Do you have a favorite board game?  Chris and I don’t really play board games. Although when I was a kid I played a lot of Aggravation and Life.

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

Last week was a rollercoaster of emotions.  My brother in law, John, had two emergency surgeries one on Monday and the other on Wednesday.  He is doing better, but still in the hospital and has a lengthy recovery ahead of him.  So Beth, my sister, has been keeping updated.  So if you can a couple extra prayers would come in handy for them.

Chris and I did manage a quick photoshoot on Sunday even though we must have had an inch of rain.  On Friday Chris and I safe Gilmore Girls, A Year the Life.  It was good.  But definitely needs an encore next year.  I hope they bring Gilmore Girls back again.

Next week, I hope John starts his healing process.  And things calm down for him.

  1. Movie of my life would be drama. Prefer food without nuts. Favourite board game is Cleudo. My friend Claire talks good sense to me. She sees even the toughest or unpleasant things as opportunities for personal development. I really value her opinion. I am grateful that life can go up after long periods of bad news, three pieces of good news in one week is amazing.

    1. Two too many surgeries…that is for sure. My sister’s 28 year old daughter is staying with them through Christmas. That should help out a lot. Monday at least is starting out much calmer. Thanks Lois. 😀

  4. Aggravation and Life. Sounds too close to reality. 😉 I’m sorry to hear about your brother-in-law’s surgery. Wishing him a quick recovery and sending positive thoughts his way.
