Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Musical Chairs

We our on to our next topic that I call children’s games.  The topic is the words in the game title.  If you happen to have photo of people playing the game that is just an extra bonus.

112916musical-chairs_5This week the topic is Musical Chairs.  Your photos this week can have anything to do with Music or Chairs.  I would like to see at least one photo of anything regarding music and one chair.   Just make sure that music and chairs are the main subject of your photo.  Have tons fun with this challenge this week.  Use your imagination if you want for this theme.  The thing is to have a lot of fun with this challenge.

Musical chairs is a game where a number of chairs, one fewer than the number of players, are arranged facing outward with the players standing in a circle just outside the chairs. Usually music is played while the players in the circle walk in unison around the chairs. When the music stops each player attempts to sit down in one of the chairs. The player who is left without a chair is eliminated from the game. One chair is then removed to ensure that there will always be one fewer chair than there are players. The music resumes and the cycle repeats until there is only one player left in the game, who is the winner.

Go through you photo archives and see what photos you have that fits the current week’s challenge, or better yet grab you camera and take a new photo! ENJOY and have FUN.

  1. When the saw the upcoming subjects of this challenge, my first thought was “oh no”. I do not take photos of children usually and have absolutely no games to show. However, things are often not as you imagine and so I found a few photos which would fit. I love your photos of the instruments, particularly of the cellos (celli?)

  2. Cee, fantastic gallery this week … didn’t understand what you meant with musical chairs … now I know, but I have to sit this one over because I have nothing (at least not what I can recall). My pick has the be the cellos.
