Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Rock Paper Scissors

120616rock-paper-scissorsWe are on to our next topic that I call children’s games.  The topic is the words in the game title.  If you happen to have photo of people playing the game that is just an extra bonus.

This week the topic is Rock Paper Scissors.  Your photos this week can have anything to do with rocks, paper or scissors.  Have tons fun with this challenge this week.  Use your imagination if you want for this theme.  The thing is to have a lot of fun with this challenge.

Rock Paper Scissors

600px-rock-paper-scissors-svgRock-paper-scissors is a hand game usually played between two people, in which each player simultaneously forms one of three shapes with an outstretched hand. These shapes are “rock”, “paper” , and “scissors”. The game has only three possible outcomes other than a tie Other names for the game in the English-speaking world include roshambo and other orderings of the three items, sometimes with “rock” being called “stone”.

The game is often used as a choosing method in a way similar to coin flipping, drawing straws, or throwing dice. Unlike truly random selection methods, however, rock–paper–scissors can be played with a degree of skill by recognizing and exploiting non-random behavior in opponents.

Go through you photo archives and see what photos you have that fits the current week’s challenge, or better yet grab you camera and take a new photo! ENJOY and have FUN.

  1. Lovely shots as usual, Cee. The dragon fly is something to behold. Unfortunately, my camera is STILL in the shop so I can’t participate this week – there is nothing in my files which I could use even stretching your theme to the extreme. — Thank you for featuring me with my “musical chair”!

  2. It’s been a while since I played rock paper scissors, Cee! I love the paper bag stack, and wow, look at those rocks at the beach — I would collect them. 🙂
