Construction zone.
This week the topic is Construction. Any kind of construction. I know the first thing I thought of was road construction, but a lot of things are constructed. Let’s use our creativity and see what all we can come up with. I just want you to have some fun with your photography.
For a list of upcoming topics, please see the list below. Be creative and challenge yourself. For a great black and white photo look for contrast or highly textured subjects to photograph.
Feel free to dig around in your archives for photos if you don’t have anything new you can photograph.

These first two photos I took at Ben Dye’s studio. He is a metal sculpture.

Part of a sculpture under construction.

The entire art piece that is still under construction.

A way between buildings under construction.

I love unusual (for me 🙂 materials and techniques in sculpting.that metal sculpture looks very nice. I always wonder how much time it takes to make such an art piece.

I would image it would take him quite a while. One to design it and then build it.

The art piece is fascinating, Cee. Both photos convey a lot of information about it.

He is an interesting person. We bought a drum he made out of a propane tank and a stand for it. Wonderful artwork.

I love taking photos of complicated constructions, you can really achieve some fascinating details. Love your photos especially from the artist’s studio.Photos of road construction are also worth while. I find myself taking photos of road machines constantly.
