We are now on to our next challenge. This challenge was the brain storm of Judy over at Lifelessons blog. She called this twosies. It is all about contrast of various types. Have fun with this next series.
This week the topic is Inner and Outer. This topic can encompass anything inside something like a box, a cupboard, or even simply inside. Where outer could be anything sitting outside of something or outdoors. Have fun and see what you can come up with. I think with all of our creativity, we can come up with a lot for this challenge. Use your imagination if you want for this theme. The thing is to have a lot of fun with this challenge.
Go through you photo archives and see what photos you have that fits the current week’s challenge, or better yet grab you camera and take a new photo! ENJOY and have FUN.

If my memory serves me well, don’t freshly picked walnuts stain your hands black/brow? Love all your shots! Have a great week – mick.

Hi Mick, these walnuts were not fully grown yet, so there was no staining.

It has been forever since I’ve seen the inside of a green walnut. Takes me back to childhood explorations. I remember when I was growing up that our many cats on the farm loved to cuddle up in an old cardboard box and packaging material.

Love Charlie in a box, Cee. Inside and outside, Rome’s 2000-year-old Castel Sant’Angelo is simply awe-inspiring! http://bit.ly/CastelAngeloRome

I hope Charlie was cosy in that box. Reminds of what my brother once said he read somewhere on Reddit–who enjoys your Amazon purchase more than you? Answer: your cat.

It was so fun to see the walnut like that. I never had seen them on a tree (or fallen from a tree) before. Your post was terrific this week.

I really LOVE the picture of your pug and the light across the floor. There’s something about the balance of light and shadow and the position of the dog in the larger picture that is perfect. And monochrome is absolute the right tonality, too.
