Share Your World – February 6, 2017

2879039905_c5bb0462af_bRegarding your fridge, is it organized or a mess inside?

Do you prefer your food separated or mixed together?

Do you prefer reading coffee table books (picture), biographies, fiction, non-fiction, educational?

Close your eyes. Listen to your body. What part of your body is seeking attention? What is it telling you?

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I sincerely hope you enjoy my questions for this week and find the questions interesting enough to play along.   If you ever want me to ask anything specific, please feel free to contact me.  You don’t think a lot about these questions, unless of course it is FUN for you.  Simply dream and just let loose, or you let your alter ego answer if you want.   Have a fabulous week everyone!!

Even though I oftentimes will add photos to my answers, it is not a requirement to participate in Share your World.

Here is the basic format.  I will ask you:

  • To answer fours questions each week.
  • Bonus Question is always the same “What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?”  Because we all need to be reminded that there are many things in our lives to be grateful about.

If you adore challenges as much as I do, please check out WordPress’s Blog Event Listing for other challenges.

I will post four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a SYW  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of my blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Share Your World” or “SYW” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow My Blog to get your weekly reminders.

I usually will respond to your entry on your blog, rather than on my page.

HERE ARE MY ANSWERS

Regarding your fridge, is it organized or a mess inside?  It is fairly organized.  Most things have a typical area it says in.  The one thing with left overs or food experiments we don’t like, those containers end up in back and about every 4 months or so we have to clean out the fridge.

Do you prefer reading coffee table books (picture), biographies, fiction, non-fiction, educational?  I am not a word person at all.  I read blogs and that is about it.  So for me my choice would be coffee table books or anything with lots of pictures to look at.

Close your eyes. Listen to your body. What part of your body is seeking attention? What is it telling you?  I am hungry and after I finish this post, I will be making my breakfast shake.  I also have a real bad headache from sinuses, so I’m willing to be you can see me in a shower today blasting my head.

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?   Last week was a very weird, but good week.  I ended up with a new computer and am just waiting for the accessories I need to get my external drives with my own photos hooked up and my mouse.  Mouse should come today and the rest on Wednesday.  I also have a qigong session this week, which I am really looking forward to.

Qi (energy) hugs

Cee

  1. I’m glad you got a new computer so quickly 🙂
I feel like while we all try to set aside emergency funds, computers should now be included — or maybe phones for some.
I hope your head clears up :/

  2. I’ve never seen a plate like that… but I suppose for someone who doesn’t want their food touching it would be practical. I’m not much of a sauce person either, but my hubs puts sauce on practically everything. Hope your headache gets better soon.

  3. Glad to hear you got a new computer. Basically, that’s how I got this one, except I saw the “handwriting on the wall.” The older one will probably work forever as a secondary device, but as the primary one it was going down hard. Congratulations 🙂

    1. My old one I finally got working and it seems to be running just fine now. It will be nice to have a second laptop … I can keep my knew one hooked up to my external drives that have my photos and my other one can go outside in the summer and use. 😍💐

  4. Is that really a photo of one of your typical meals, Cee? I could inhale that in no time. Well, except for the meat. I didn’t know showers help with headaches. I usually have some coffee and that takes care of it. usually.

  5. Hi, Cee – I saw your questions on Deb’s World and am delighted to join in. Here goes:

Regarding your fridge, is it organized or a mess inside?
Clean. I do a full clean on garbage/recycling days. It’s an easy habit for me. Since it’s a regular thing, it never takes much time.

Do you prefer your food separated or mixed?
    Definitely separated. Love your plate!

Do you prefer reading coffee table books (picture), biographies, fiction, non-fiction, educational? I am absolutely a ‘word person,’ so all of the above (plus blogs) work for me!

Close your eyes. Listen to your body. What part of your body is seeking attention? What is it telling you? I am awaiting a ‘root canal retreatment’ (insert horror here). Along with the tooth pain, I am beginning to experience TMJ (temporomandibular joint disorder). If anyone out there has any advice (until my appointment takes place in two weeks time) I am all eyes!

What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I live on Vancouver Island where we typically get very little (if any) snow. Last week we had a HUGE DUMP on it. I was grateful for its beauty…and that happens only rarely! This week I am looking forward to our icy roads going back to normal (she says with fingers crossed).

    1. My jaw gets out of alignment easy. I’ve learned over the years to pop it back in place. I never open my mouth all the way when I yawn. I don’t know what to tell you. Showers help the headaches that come with it. Coffee or caffeine usually helps a little bit too. Thanks so much for sharing this week. 😀

You probably already are aware of it (or similar resources) but the link above is used by my teenagers to enter the various and sundry items contained in the fridge – and then get recipes that you can use based on what you have.

Love the Cat picture – I once had a 20# Maincoon who I actually taught to attack my girlfriend….I didn’t know cats could do that…..she’s my wife now so it worked out.
