The Salmon Berry looks like what we called Amber Berry in upstate New York. Beautiful capture.

I love the salmonberry photo. I’ve been to that forest. You got a spot with light and made the green so lush and shiny!

Yes, you did. I remember it was not very bright!

Not bright at all. Just check Wooden Shoe’s field report. http://www.woodenshoe.com/events/tulip-fest/field-report/ There will be some things in bloom for you. Although the fields are still looking anemic, but better than last week.

Thank you so much, Cee. You really did a good job with the salmonberry photo without too much light. Thank you for the link. I’m in Portland now. The rain just comes and goes, pours down, then the sun comes out!

We are so far over our normal rainfall. Yesterday ended up being nice for the most part. Enjoy your visit.

After reading your post, I found some Kiwiberries in the supermarket – inspired by discovering salmonberries, I decided to try them. The jury is still out.
