Lovely. I plan to plant a camellia with dark pink or purple blooms like that. 🙂

This particular bush/tree actually has dark pink and light pink blooms.

Beautiful Camilla. which I very rarely see here.

They aren’t that common. But for the people who do have them, they grow them like a tree and can be as high as a single story house.

Cee, I thought these were clematis, but their leaves label them as oleander instead. https://judydykstrabrown.com/2017/03/26/oleander-flower-of-the-day-mar-26-2017/

I don’t care what they are called. They are pink beauties. 😀

I think so, too. Ordinarily I don’t like pink flowers, but I like these.

My mom’s favorite flower. We could rarely find them for her and they were near impossible to grow in the climate we grew up in. I just gave her silk camellias yesterday for her birthday.

Attached is the link to my Poppy post if anyone wants to see some pretty California Poppies. They are just starting to come out for tue season and with all this water hopefully it will be a great year.

I love Camelias. My mom has them in her yard so I always have fond memories of them.

They are late this year. We’ve been cold, for us. 😀
