So someone broke into Denny’s restaurant. Turned out he was a prisoner who escaped from prison. He went to his hiding place to prepare to leave for Alaska(logging truck).. and now is looking out from his car contemplating whether he should stop by Little Ceasers for pizza..

I took that in a small town in the country. All their fire hydrants were painted like this. 😀

I like them all Cee. It reminds me of some unusual things in my hometown I have been meaning to snap. BTW I sent you a Fitbit friend request, just in case you don’t recpognize the pic.

I thought that might be you. I’ve got a ways to catch up to your steps. I started out about 6 weeks ago and was only walking around 1,800-2,000 steps per day. My body is finally getting healthy enough to start pushing it. Between qigong, better nutrition and exercise. I’m so thrilled. Thanks for friending me.

You need to move at your own pace. I have a blood clotting disorder that means I will be on blood thinners the rest of my life. My job is sitting all day working with a computer, so the Fitbit keeps me honest by telling me how much exercise I am or am not getting.

Fitbit comes in handy for you. I have Type I diabetes and when my sugars go up, I need a break from exercising because I’m getting to tired. For those of who have medical issues it is nice that we can easily find ways of measuring our health.
