Share Your World – July 24, 2017

List some of your favorites types of teas.

If you had to describe your day as a traffic sign, what would it be?

What are a couple of things could people do for you on a really bad day that would really help you?

Irregardless of your physical fitness, coordination or agility: If you could be an athlete what would do do?   Remember this is SYW, dreaming is always allowed.

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

Even though I oftentimes will add photos to my answers, it is not a requirement to participate in Share your World.

I will post four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a SYW  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of my blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Share Your World” or “SYW” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow My Blog to get your weekly reminders.

I usually will respond to your entry on your blog, rather than on my page.

HERE ARE MY ANSWERS

List some of your favorites types of teas.  I’ll try any tea and like most of them.  SoI should list the teas I don’t like.  Rosehips or any tea with hibiscus.  My favorites are Earl Grey and Oolong for traditional black teas.  Most herbal teas I like and any kind of tea with ginger.

If you had to describe your day as a traffic sign, what would it be?  Here are two that I kind of noticed scrolling through google.  I really didn’t find any signs that spoke directly to me.  I’ll let you image what I am feeling this morning.

What are a couple of things could people do for you on a really bad day that would really help you?  Most of the time a simple hug works for me.  And that is the time I won’t ask for it.  Tell me to get my camera and go take a few photos.

Irregardless of your physical fitness, coordination or agility: If you could be an athlete what would do do?   Remember this is SYW, dreaming is always allowed.  This is an easy one.  I would love to be fit enough to be an American Ninja Warrior.  Jesse Graph in my mind is one of the fittest women in the world.  I get a lot of inspiration from watching the show.  The athletes let me dream and realize I can get better than I am now.

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?   Last week was a nice week.  Nothing overly special, it was just fun to be alive and spend time with Chris.  What more could one want.  More of the same please for this week.  The weather is getting hot, so I’m staying inside a little more.

  1. I like Earl Gray or Chai, particularly a new blend I found called Dragon Spice. Early morning I have Jasmine tea. All others are fine during the day, but those three are my usual companions.

  2. You have stolen my answer for the athletic question. Now what do I do? Ok, I’ll put my own spin on it. I’ll be a little late in playing today as we’ll be driving to California most of the day for a funeral. Not fun!

  3. I haven’t yet found an herbal tea that I like, and I’ve tried a lot of them in my quest to find something to drink that’s not water or coffee. ^_^ I know plenty of people love herbal teas, but I’ve just never developed a taste for them. I’ve tried a ton of different black and green teas too. Different strokes, huh?

      1. I used to drink water with a little lemon juice, but it’s not my thing. I’ve tried other combinations of fruit and other juices in my water, but yeah. It’s still water, and water gives me heartburn unless it’s radically changed into something like tea or coffee. Even then, it’s iffy.

  5. Hugs are the best medicine. 🙂
We used to watch Ninja Warrior around here. So fascinating to see people competing at the peak of human conditioning! Me, I’m of the family who grabs a bowl of ice cream to sit and preview a step aerobics video. (true story)
