The pumpkin is fantastic and the classic cars are so shiny. Love cargo ships particularly ones that are also container ships. Mine https://irenewaters19.com/2017/09/06/c-words-of-at-least-4-letters-cees-fun-foto-challenge/

The first thing that comes into my head with the letter C is Sesame Street’s Cookie Monster singing, “C is for cookie, that’s good enough for me!” But I decided to feature chocolate instead (which is related!).

When I started out collecting photos for this challenge, I had no idea it would turn into another coverage of caterpillars, but then I found these brand new photos I took last week that reveal a new stage I’ve never seen in sixteen years before, and I was hooked! No, not a hookworm, but a hornworm caterpillar! https://judydykstrabrown.com/2017/09/05/c-is-for-caterpillar/

Can one edit comments? I forgot: The shot of the child playing is great. The primary colours which are repeated softly in the background, the diagonal line of the swing, it all makes for a perfect photo (and the smile on the boy’s face doesn’t do any harm either).

I love that photo of the cargo ship. I worked in shipping for two years in London in my younger days and even did a course on ships. They were the days when containers were beginning, but I love photos of such constructions. I miss them now living in a country without a coast line.

I couldn’t think of not living where there was not a ocean. Even when I lived in Colorado, I knew it was still there somewhere. Thanks for commenting.
