Since my world is covered in orange right now from all the wildfires. I thought I would post some photos of orange flowers.
This is a tiger lily I found on a trail.

The color is unique and the black spots and stripes makes it even more sensational

It is so hard to get everything in focus with long stamens and pistils. Even your pollen is in focus! Separates the pro from the amateur. Here are my ladies of the day: https://judydykstrabrown.com/2017/09/08/hibiscus-chain/

Tiger Lily! That’s what i thought my Alstroemeria was called till i checked! Not sure why a flower with spots is called a Tiger lily – Leopard lily would be more appropriate surely? 🙂
Great macro again!
love.
