Thursday’s Special: Pick a Word In September – Y2

Here is my entry for Paula’s (Lost In Translation blog) Thursday Special challenge.  This week her theme is Pick a Word In September – Y2.

Vantage

Fire watch tower located south of Oregon City, Oregon.  No doubt right now with all the wildfires, this watch tower has someone on lookout 24/7.

Bifurcate

Fork in the road.

Intruding

Flood waters intruding on to land and trees where water normally doesn’t flow.

Jagged

Jagged rocks.

Quayside

I really don’t have any photos of a real quayside, so I’m considering the cargo is people. Right now, this town (Cascade Locks, OR) has been evacuated because of wild fires.

 Qi (energy) hugs

  1. Hi Cee – nice take on the spetember words – jagged is my favorite for the energy and color – and you are so right about the tower being manned 24/7 – and my prayers are with those impacted by the many fires – I think we were all so focused on harvey and Irma that we forgot about the fires… I did – and sending good thoughts to all…

  2. Your “jagged” is so beautiful and your quayside colourful. This is a great contribution to my challenge. Much appreciated, Cee.
