If you were given the opportunity to ride in a helicopter would go?

What are some of your favorite type of proteins to eat? (meat, seafood, eggs, soy, cheese, nuts)

What would be your preference, awake before dawn, at dawn, or awake before noon?

What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.

HERE ARE MY ANSWERS

If you were given the opportunity to ride in a helicopter would go?  Yes, in a second.   At the little airport near where I live, there are two big helicopter companies, so I see them flying around a lot.

What are some of your favorite type of proteins to eat? (meat, seafood, eggs, soy, cheese, nuts)  Cheese and seeds would be my two preferences.  Beef would also be on the list.

What would be your preference, awake before dawn, at dawn, or awake before noon?  I am fortunate enough to be able to wake up when I want to and for the most part, that is with dawn.

What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination. I don’t know if I was so inspired this past week.  I do know that I have been extremely grateful, I’m getting my energy back after having to live with so much smoke from the fires.  I’m starting to do my walking and exercising every day again.  That feels real good.

  1. I’ve been trying to exercise, but every time I start, Shasta things I must want to play. We have been taking walks in the afternoons, however, still short ones, but we’ll gradually increase the distance we go. That counts, right? I’m glad you’ve been able to walk too.
