The photo of the vintage steam engine is amazing. The sepia colour makes it look like an old post card. Lovely pictures of the alpacas and the sheep.

Are these alpacas or goats or llamas??? A wonderful photo. I keep saying that. Need to think up some new adjectives, but I love this one!!!

Apparently we have an alpaca farm somewhere in our vicinity and they got loose one day causing major issues for people trying to get to work. I have not found the farm yet but I’m very curious (and would have been thrilled with a distraction like this!. 🙂

I totally love the steam engine. I’m going to have to send a copy of it to my son who builds miniature steam engines as a hobby. He REALLY loves steam engines. I must have close to a dozen of them here in the house. They run, too, with whistles and everything. That big one must have made some really great sounds!

Actually I took that at the tulip festival. They have about 4 or 5 working steam engines. They bring them out every year and run them. It fun to see them. Your son’s miniature’s must be amazing works of art.

I like the photo of the barn the best. These American buildings are so different in style to the ones you can see in Europe.
