- Any word with double letters (sweep, rubber, bookkeepping, teeter totter, vacuum, etc)

- Heads or Facial Features (human or animal)
- Store Front Signs
This challenge accepts the following types of photography:
- Black and white photography
- Sepia tones (browns)
- Selective color with the majority of the photo being in black and white
- Desaturated – very little color tone left in your photo

It was practically spring on the East Coast today–but I deserve it after spending a fortnight of my winter break freezing upstate (I don’t think the mercury rose into the double digits Fahrenheit the for over a week and it was below freezing all but my first day there.) The frozen grass looks like delicate glass crystals on a chandelier. I love them all but that one is my favorite.

February in New England? And you want chilled? We got that. Garry took all the really good chilled pictures this season, so these are his. And I see you actually got snow this year. At least you didn’t need a plow to get out of the driveway. Overall, this hasn’t been a really bad snow year for us, either. So far, so good!!

Hi Cee, you know, as long as we can see you, there’s not enough snow. But I will admit, you have more snow than we do. So far we’ve only had one blizzard and only a few snow falls of an inch or two. But we’ve had almost two months of bitter cold. Bet we bit you there. ;0)

All so cold and good. The one of the dumpster shows up on the WordPress reader in a way that mde it look to me like a white chichen leaning to peck at something dark–I worried about the poor cold thing until I saw the photo enlarged and noncropped!

Up north they do. My daughter, in Umeå with surroundings, has got 100-175 cm now. Here the maximum is about 50 cm. During my lifetime at least 😉
