Cee.. the URL above is another posting for today’s flower prompt. Forgottenman challenged me to write a poem containing every flower in my bouquet. This is it. The Forgottenman Challenge. Done!! | lifelessons – a blog by Judy Dykstra-Brown
Hi Deb, that is a great question. This lily happens to be in a bouquet Chris bought me. But out of all my photos maybe 15 are from bouquets. Most of the flower photos I take are taken in nearby flower farms and are still taken on the plant outside. I rarely do indoor photography. I happen to live in a place that has flower farms and fields of flowers. Most of the farms are open to visitors. We have dahlia, irises, roses, rhododendrons, azaleas, peony, tulip, lilac farms … just to mention a few. I also have some flowers in my own garden basically bearded iris, tulips, daffodils, some dahlias, hydrangeas, rhododendrons.
The pollen count here is super high and I’m having a tough time breathing and thinking, let alone anything else. For my challenge please just repeat what I posted last […]

I know, it’s not a competition, but nonetheless, your stamens and pistils are prettier than my stamens and pistils! This is a killer photo.

I took the photo in my kitchen with fluorescent light and with an 18-200 lens. I was shocked it was so clear myself. 😀 😀
