Lilacs here in Oregon are kind of wimpy in my opinion. They were stunning in Colorado. I think they need the cold we get, but we don’t get that much sun in the springtime.
Beautiful lilac. I can almos smell them. They remind me of the start of the summer holiday. In Sweden the lilac bloom end of May, beginning of June so it is still some weeks of waiting. Here is my entry: https://wp.me/p5EX8j-Oy

I can almost smell them. It will be some time yet until ours bloom, but it was nice and warm today with the windows open.

I love lilacs. We had beautiful lilacs when we lived in Indiana, but they don’t grow here where we now live in Georgia.
