Judy from Lifelessons blog, suggested I show the progress of my iris bud I posted from last week. I did one better, I also am showing off my Princess Tree.
I am comparing the growth of a couple of photos I took on May 3 last week. This first photo (on the left) was what I originally posted. Click to view original post.
And now it looks like it’s about about to burst open into a gorgeous purple bearded iris.
On the same day, I also took the photo of our Princess Tree. This is the one I cut off from last year and it is starting to grow again. This tree will probably close to 10 feet by the end of summer. Click to view my original post.
Notice how the leaves have grown this photo I took today. Remember it has only been 5 days.

Amazing that your tree grew that much in five days. Nature is just amazing. I wonder what happened to your little spider. Did the iris consume him??? Thanks for showing us the progress. Hope there will be more.
