Share Your World – June 18, 2018

You can have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life, what is it? Sushi? Scotch Tape?

Teleportation or flying?

Would you rather live where it only snows or the temperature never falls below 100 degrees?

What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.

Even though I oftentimes will add photos to my answers, it is not a requirement to participate in Share your World.

If you adore challenges as much as I do, please check out WordPress’s Blog Event Listing for other challenges.

I will post four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a SYW  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of my blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Share Your World” or “SYW” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow My Blog to get your weekly reminders.

I usually will respond to your entry on your blog, rather than on my page.

For the Love of Challenges

I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts.  So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog.  Feel free to contact me anytime.  I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

HERE ARE MY ANSWERS

You can have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life, what is it? Sushi? Scotch Tape?  The practical side of me wants to say new SUV, gas and all expenses related to the vehicle.  I can’t exactly see me crawling into a little car, since I’m tall that’s why I say SUV.  But being a little more practical, I would say all the camera gear I want, including the ultra good lenses and …  I think you get the idea.

Teleportation or flying?  I want to say flying, because of the freedom of flying over everything to get to one place or another.  But with teleportation I could go to the moon, space station and beyond.  Flying in space might be a little tricky.  I would have to say teleportation would be my choice.

Would you rather live where it only snows or the temperature never falls below 100 degrees?  I absolutely hate being hot.  So I would go with the cold temperatures.  Alaska would work for me, as long as I’m guaranteed lots of wood for fire for the big storms that knock out the electricity.  Maybe I would need a generator too for those times.  Plus I could see the Aurora Borealis too.  That would be wonderful.  There is actually a part of me who would love it there anyway.

What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.   Today sometime I will most likely get my 1,000,000 views.  I’m totally amazed at how you all have supported me over the last 4+ years.  You all boggle my mind.

This weekend I’ve set up a Women’s Canby Photography Meetup with Cee group.  I’ve scheduled our first meeting for Saturday, July 14, 2018.  This is my first ever doing something like this, so wish me luck.  I’m initially planning on a get to know each other for a half hour, then go off photographing for an hour or so.  We are meeting in a local park.  Then come back together and share our photos or talk about our experience.

Qi (energy) hugs

Cee

  1. 1) Unlimited supply of good quality TEA.
    2) I couldn’t possibly cope with temperatures over 100degrees F. I would plump for permanent snow. Although I am happy in the UK where we rarely get over 90F and only get a couple of days worth of Snow. Happy Medium, between 60 and 80F for me.
    3) Even though I always dream I can fly, I think teleporation would be so convenient. It would be nice to be able to take other people with me. I could take my Mum for a quick trip to New Zealand so she can see her nephew who she hasn’t seen for ten years. 🙂

  2. I like your answers Cee, and your new meetup group sounds awesome, I hope it all works out well!
Me, I need an unlimited supply of coconut oil and Kerrygold butter.
I love the idea of teleportation, just in case flying makes me more nervous than I dreamed it would.
I cannot stand to be cold so…I’m thinking Florida or Hawaii would have the perfect climate for me. 🙂
I was proud to be able to afford gifts that I bought on Friday and Saturday for my Dad and my husband out of my check. They both seemed to enjoy them and that makes me smile!

  3. You deserve a million views Cee. It is amazing that you find the time to run all these challenges for us to enjoy and never fail to comment on our photos individually. That’s what I call amazing. I am sure your meetup will be a great success and I wish I lived close enough to come along.
