Which tastes better: black or green olives?

What’s your favorite room in your home?

What fictional family would you be a member of?

What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.

Even though I oftentimes will add photos to my answers, it is not a requirement to participate in Share your World.

I will post four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a SYW  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of my blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Share Your World” or “SYW” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow My Blog to get your weekly reminders.

I usually will respond to your entry on your blog, rather than on my page.

For the Love of Challenges

I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts.  So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog.  Feel free to contact me anytime.  I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

HERE ARE MY ANSWERS

Which tastes better: black or green olives?  Most definitely green olives.

What’s your favorite room in your home?  I really don’t have a favorite.  It depends on what I am doing.  If I have to pick one it would be my office, because it has so many different things to do.  Our TV room is great because it time with Chris and all the 4-legged kids stay with us.  Our living room which is actually our meditation, music room, meeting room is always fun.  Those would be my favorite rooms.

What fictional family would you be a member of?  Since I am watching The Walton’s right now, I would pick them.  The love and faith in each other was amazing.  For those who don’t know, The Walton’s started in 1972 and ran for 9 seasons.  It was a show about a family in the Virgina Mountains during the depression in the 1930s.  It also covered parts of WWII as well.

If you have been following my blog, you know we got a new pug last week and her name is Miss Didgeridoo.  She so far has been a total sweetheart and fits in well with out family.  Our cats are starting to play with her.  Here is a photo of her lying under my desk with a little stick chewy.  Her bed should be coming today.

  1. Haha! Kids with 4 legs! That’s great. I think Miss Didgeridoo is sooo cute. I would love to babysit your kiddos. How nice to have an office. Just with all your blogging work, you certainly need one! As always, I’m impressed with all that you do to support other bloggers. You are so kind.

  2. I’ve seen Ms. Digeri but hadn’t commented on her. She is beautiful and you are blest. Most pugs are difficult in temperament and can be difficult to train etc. Looks like you got the literal ‘pick of the litter’ with her. How beautiful!!!

  3. I’d totally forgotten about the Waltons! I couldn’t think of a single family on TV or in books that I wanted to be a member of. You’ll have to read my answers to know what I finally chose.

I can just see you and Chris watching a movie on TV with your “4-legged kids” around and on you! Ah, to relax!!

  4. 🙂 Congratulations on your new family member, dear Cee! Miss Didgeridoo is truly cute.
I remember the Waltons. And to this day every once in a while we’ll send each other a “Good night, John Boy!”, “Good night, Mary Ellen”, Good night Jim Bob!” and so on… Some things just stick to the mind 😉
Have a very HAPPY week 😉

  5. Love your answers and your pug I say again is adorable!
I was going to pick the Waltons first but then decided that I loved reading the Little House series so much, it would definitely be them. Besides, who wouldn’t want Micheal Landon for a dad? 😘
I love Black olives so much my friend and I ate a whole can together that time we were pregnant at the same time, made ourselves sick!
My favorite room is the living room because that means my work is done and I can relax!
Being on vacation last week made me smile and I appreciate my brother, and sister in law letting me tag along!!

  6. Your new baby dog is utterly adorable, but of course, you already know that. You guys use more of your house than we do. We used to each have an office, but now we spend most of our time together in the living room or bedroom and use the dining room only for family stuff. And of course, the deck.
