What a wonderful theme. So much around us is made of plastic, that I chose to enter a display of discarded stuff washed up on a beach. All plastic, as you can see: https://anotherglobaleater.wordpress.com/2017/01/21/a-beach-in-the-anthropocene/

Great photos, especially the ropes on plastic containers and the way the water bottle cast shadows. Here’s mine:https://wordpress.com/post/amoralegria.com/112044

I love your photos, but oh how I wish we could get away from so much of the plastic packaging to something more degradable.

I like the rope handles on the plastic buckets. You had me puzzled until I looked at your description.

I was so focused on the patterns and textures I didn’t ‘step back’ to see the big picture. It’s a great image.

Love the cars. I recently came upon an art installation featuring some of these cars. No good for back and white. I’ll have to remember to alert you when i post it.

I went with part of the mum show exhibit. The theme was Mardi Gras. Check out my entry on my photoblog.

I was struggling to think of something for this theme, and then Easyjet gave me a non-plastic cup on my flight home this afternoon. So I’ve gone anti-plastic: https://travelwithintent.com/2018/10/11/travel-without-plastic/

My favorite is the buckets with rope handles – only just ahead of the toys 🙂

I guess great minds think alike … (I tend to not look at others’ responses to a prompt before doing mine, because I like doing my own thing first — so it was fun to see that you ended up with a plastic toy vehicle, too!) 🙂

This is a tough challenge, Cee! Most of my photos are of nature. But your examples are inspiring. Love the bottle!
