I took that at Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm. It’s near Woodburn.

They are usually best the 2nd week of April. But it depends on how much rain we get. The more rain the later they bloom.

The tulips are beautiful, and your photo captured an eye-opener moment, hopefully his call was more important than the beauty he was missing

I have a feeling it was all about business. I don’t think he enjoyed the tulips at all. I was able to watch him for awhile. He set up his camera, took a few shots here and there and left again.
