Here is my entry for Lens-Artists Photo A Week Challenge with the topic of Unexpected. And here is my entry for V.J.’s Weekly Challenge #33-Upside Down.
A gigantic sunflower head that fell down to the ground.
A branch of my dahlia broke and the flower were upside down.
The bottom side of giant lily pads.
Most of you have seen this photo of the close up the giant lily pad.
Qi (energy) hugs
Cee

Love this entry. That sunflower looks like a giant, cosy cushion! Those lily pads are just wonderful, Cee, so glad to see the whole lily pads too – very unexpected!

Love these photos! Have a wonderful day, Cee.

Sunflower was on the ground. And the lily pads were turned over by the nursery. They are about 3-4′ in diameter.

Ooh why did they turn them over?

Oh your poor dahlias, hope you were able to bring the flowers indoors.

They do that every year. 😀

I don’t know you’d think the dahlias would have learnt by now!!! 😉

You would think. My dahlias at home are not strong and healthy like that at the farm near me.

I found dahlias hard to grow. So I’ve give-up and just go to the farm now for my dahlia photos. It’s only 2 miles away from me so that is easy.
